WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
6th - 20th October 2018
"Just let go. Let go of how you thought your life should be, and embrace the life that is trying to work its way into your consciousness."
THE RESORT The resort is situated on the picturesque Malabar Coast in the southern Indian state of Kerala. The location is just 30 minutes or 21 kilometres from Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) International Airport.
The resort itself is situated right by the sea – far removed from mass tourism, in the peaceful neighbourhood of the village of Chowara. The accommodation is built in the traditional style of southern India, and most of the cottages afford a lovely view of the Arabian Sea.
The resort has won the “Best Ayurvedic Retreat Award” eleven times for the quality of its service.
Nestled in five acres of tropical garden, you spend your stay in the heart of nature, amidst palms, mango trees and other tropical vegetation. Over 200 different Ayurvedic herbs, some of them rare, thrive in the garden.
The terraced layout gives you a splendid view of the seemingly endless Malabar Coast and direct access to the sea. Narrow footpaths take you past sculptures and plants down to the white sands of the beach.
Early risers have the opportunity to witness Indian culture at first hand – for instance, by accompanying fishermen from the neighbouring village as they haul in their nets.

Is there an Agenda? No. True transformation comes with allowing yourself to be and having the space for change to take place, so everything is optional except for your daily Ayurvedic check in with your Ayurvedic Drs and your treatment which will be daily at 10am. There is the option to attend daily Pranayama Breathing, Meditation, Yoga and a group coaching session with Jen but none of this is compulsory. Just bring an open mind and go with your flow.
